Miro Lucassen (1961) studied journalism in Utrecht. He was a reporter at the regional newspapers Goudsche Courant, Haagsche Courant, Amersfoortse Courant and Utrechts Nieuwsblad. For two years he was the editor in chief of the weekly newspaper Primeur for teenagers. He is now self-employed and writes for magazines such as MacFan, Info.mr and Binnenlands Bestuur besides a parttime job as editor for AD Utrechts Nieuwsblad. Miro is a member of the VVOJ-group that organizes the VVOJ-café and he is moderator of these meetings for investigative reporters at least six times a year.
