Marije Randewijk (1973) is sporteditor of the Dutch daily newspaper de Volkskrant. She started her carreer in 1996 as a journalist for Trouw newspaper en moved to het Parool in 1997 to work as cycling reporter. She works for de Volkskrant since 2004. Marije covered the Tour de France eight times and the olympic games four times. In 2006, she won the Hard Gras prize for the best sports story in Holland and Belgium. She is a regular contributor to the literary cycling magazine De Muur and wrote two books: De Vergeten Tour and Het Kroonjaar.
